Privacy Policy

This Privacy Statement describes the types of information we collect on RadDoxiFind.com, how we may use that information and with whom we may share it. We also tell you how you can reach us to update your contact information, remove your name from our contact list, or answer any questions you may have about our online privacy practices. This policy does not apply to information collected offline or on other Rad Dox iFind, LLC company websites, platforms, or apps.

Information We Collect About You

RadDoxiFind.com is a website meant for adults 18 years of age and older. We collect information you give us when you create an account, fill in your profile, apply for a job, sign up for job alerts or contact us. We may also use information our recruiting team already holds about you, as described below.

We also collect information you post on our site or when you contact us. We may also collect information about you from third parties.

Candidate Accounts and Applications

Creating an account. We ask for your email address, your first and last name and your mobile phone number. We email you a one-time code to confirm the address is yours. You can also choose a password.

Your profile. You can add details about your career: your residency training, board status, fellowship training, subspecialties, state licenses, the states you would consider, whether you want teleradiology-only work, your country and your work authorization. You can also upload a CV (PDF or Word, up to 10 MB).

Applying for a job. An application asks for your name, mobile number, residency, country, work authorization, board status and fellowship training. You can attach a CV and add a short note for your recruiter. We keep a copy of what you submitted as your receipt.

Saved jobs and history. We keep the jobs you save and a list of your applications, so you can see them in your profile.

Information from our recruiting records. When you save your profile or start an application, we check whether our recruiting team already has a record with your email address. If it does, we may fill in empty fields in your profile from that record, such as your name, phone number, country and training details.

When your information reaches our recruiting team.

  • When you finish the first step of an application, we send your name, email address, mobile number, country, work authorization and residency to our recruiting team, with a note that you are interested in that job. This happens even if you don’t finish the application.
  • When you submit an application, we also send your other answers; the state licenses, states you would consider and teleradiology preference from your profile; your note; and your CV. If you didn’t attach a CV but have one on your profile that we haven’t sent before, we send that one.
  • Your subspecialties stay on this website.

Other forms. If you sign up for job alerts, we keep your name, email address and the time you agreed. If you use our contact form, we keep your name, email address, the reason you are writing, the subject and your message. If you use our employer form, we keep your name, email address, phone number and message. These forms are also emailed to our team.

Why we use it. We use this information to run your account, match you with jobs, pass your applications to our recruiting team, answer your questions and email you about your account and applications. We also use it to send you job opportunity emails, as described in “Emails From Us” below.

Other Information We Collect

When you sign in, we record your IP address and the type of browser you used with your sign-in session, to help keep your account secure. We also use your IP address to stop repeated attempts, for example too many sign-in codes requested in a short time.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they visit and how many people start and finish an application. Google Analytics may estimate your general location, such as your city or country, from your IP address. We don’t ask your browser for your precise location, and we don’t send Google your name, email address or anything you type into our forms or applications.

Visits to our old careers website address, careers.raddoxifind.com, are counted as daily totals: the date, the type of page, the referring website, campaign tags, and whether the visit came from a bot or a browser. These counts hold no IP addresses or other personal information.

Tracking Technologies

We use a small number of cookies. Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser.

  • Sign-in cookie. When you sign in, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in. It is called __Secure-better-auth.session_token. It expires after 7 days, and the 7 days start again when you use the site. Scripts on the page can’t read it, and it is only sent over secure connections. If you block it, you can’t sign in.
  • Sign-up cookie. When you create an account, we set a cookie called raddox_sign_up that holds only the value “1” and no information about you. It lets Google Analytics count the new account once. It is removed as soon as that is done, and expires after 5 minutes in any case.
  • Google Analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, usually named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, to count visits and to tell new visitors from returning ones.

We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t store information about you in your browser in any other way.

Our job opportunity emails, sent through Mailchimp, record whether you opened them and which links you clicked. Our account and application emails don’t track opens or clicks.

Our Do Not Track Policy

Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform, so we are not currently set up to respond to those signals.

We Use Information as Disclosed and Described Here

We use information to respond to your requests or questions. We also use information to improve our services. For example, we might use your information to customize your experience with us. We also use information to look at site trends, customer interests, and for security purposes. We also use information as otherwise permitted by law.

Information We Share

We share information as described and disclosed for recruiting purposes on your behalf. We will not share your information for the purpose of marketing products to you.

Companies that help us. These companies handle your information on our behalf:

  • Recruit CRM keeps our recruiting team’s candidate records. It holds the details, CVs and notes you send when you apply, and our recruiters’ own notes.
  • Mailchimp sends our job opportunity emails. When your details reach our recruiting team, an automation service (Workato) connected to Recruit CRM adds you to our email list with your name, email address and phone number. It may also add labels based on your training, so you get relevant jobs.
  • Resend delivers our account and application emails, such as sign-in codes, receipts and reminders, and forwards messages from our website forms to our team.
  • DigitalOcean hosts this website, its database and the private storage where we keep uploaded CVs, in the United States.
  • Google Analytics tells us how visitors use the site.

Our sister company. Rad Dox iFind and Med Dox iFind are sister companies with one recruiting team. They share the same candidate records and email list, so information you give either website is available to both. Our job opportunity emails are sent under the Med Dox iFind name.

Our recruiters may share your details and CV with an employer about a specific job, as part of recruiting on your behalf.

We also may share information provided by our website visitors with service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf. These service providers are required to use or disclose the information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. In addition, we may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.

We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. Phone numbers collected with SMS consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

Emails From Us and How to Unsubscribe

Account and application emails. We send these when you use your account. They include sign-in and security codes, confirmation that we received your application, a link to finish an application if you ask for one, and one reminder if you start an application and don’t finish it within about 30 minutes. They come from Rad Dox iFind ([email protected]). Replies go to [email protected].

Job opportunity emails. Once your details reach our recruiting team, for example after the first step of an application, we add you to the email list we share with our sister company. These emails come from Med Dox iFind. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any of these emails, or by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing doesn’t delete your account or your applications, and a recruiter may still contact you about a job you applied for.

Your Choices

  • Job emails. Unsubscribe as described in “Emails From Us” above.
  • Your details. You can update your profile at any time. To correct information our recruiting team holds, email [email protected].
  • Cookies. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. If you block our sign-in cookie, you can’t sign in. To stop Google Analytics, you can use Google’s opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Choices you make apply only to that browser and device.
  • Deleting your account. See “How Long We Keep Information” below.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you reside in California, you have the right to ask us one time each year if we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make a request, please contact us as specified in the How to Contact Us section below. Indicate in your letter that you are a California resident making a “Shine the Light” inquiry.

The Site and Minors

This site is meant for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child has given us information, you can contact us as specified in the How to Contact Us section below. Links to Other Sites

We may provide links to other websites for your convenience and information. These sites operate independently from RadDoxiFind.com. These sites may have their own privacy statements in place, which we strongly suggest you review if you visit any linked websites. This Privacy Statement does not apply to those sites. To the extent any linked websites you visit are unrelated to Rad Dox iFind, LLC and its companies, we are not responsible for their content or any use of the sites.

We Use Standard Security Measures

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. For example:

  • the site only works over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and our database connections are encrypted too;
  • uploaded CVs are kept in private storage, and only you can download them through your account;
  • sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes, are stored in scrambled form and allow only a few tries, and passwords are also stored in scrambled form;
  • we limit repeated sign-in attempts, code requests, uploads and form submissions.

The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet.

How Long We Keep Information and How to Delete It

We keep your account, profile, saved jobs, applications (including unfinished ones) and CVs on this website until you delete your account or ask us to delete them. We don’t currently delete inactive accounts or unfinished applications automatically. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Technical records of sending applications to our recruiting team are deleted after 30 days.

Deleting your account. You can delete your account from your profile page. We’ll email you a code to confirm. This permanently removes your sign-in, profile, saved jobs, applications, receipts and uploaded CVs from this website.

Deleting your account does not remove:

  • the record our recruiting team keeps in Recruit CRM, including the details, CVs and notes sent with your applications;
  • your place on our job email list (unsubscribe separately);
  • job alert sign-ups and messages you sent through our contact or employer forms;
  • copies of emails we have already sent.

Updates to Our Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our online information practices. We will post a prominent notice on this site to notify you of any significant changes to our Privacy Statement and indicate at the top of the statement when it was most recently updated and/or provide other appropriate notice to you. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Statement as required by law.

If we change the wording you agreed to when you created your account, we’ll ask you to agree again the next time you sign in.
