With an established corporate recruiting background as a foundation, Rad Dox iFind started in the late 1990s as a pro bono service to radiologists in training as a favor to a personal connection. It was simply happenstance, and the rest is now history.
From the beginning, it felt natural. However, traditional physician recruiting is tough and challenging. We grew but remained very much hands-on and we’re still hands on.
When it’s all said and done, it still comes down to relationships.
